How to get rid of moss

After an extremely wet year there is plenty of moss showing in lawns.

For lawns with large amounts of moss apply sulphate of iron at 4 Moss-Comfylawngrams per metre. When moss is completely black, rake the moss out of the lawn and feed with a good lawn feed.

Where there is little moss showing in the lawn, apply a moss control, fertiliser feed in the one application with a product such as Feed, Weed and Moss Killer.

To achieve best results, the lawn needs to be actively growing and the temperature at least 10 – 15 degrees so late Spring and Summer applications will guarantee the best results.
